Vacation Overview
Following the
path of the old Tokaido post road, 'Yokoso Japan Tour 7days' will take
you from the hustle and bustle of Osaka to modern megalopolis of Tokyo
via Kyoto, the ancient capital and true heart of Japanese history and
culture. With a stop in the Hakone National Park, Mt.Fuji 5th station and
Bullet Train, the perfect introductory taste of Japan.
Itinerary
Day 1 Sun. DEPARTURE

offer
Depart your home airport
to Japan, the magnificent Land of the Rising
Sun. Our destination is Osaka, the western gateway for foreign
travelers. Enjoy meals on board.
Day 2 Mon. ARRIVAL
OSAKA
Arrive at Kansai
International Airport in Osaka. You will be met and greeted by our tour
guide representative who will escort you to the hotel.

Day 3 Tue. NARA OSAKA
KYOTO
To get your trip off to
the best possible start, we begin from Nara, the
highlight is definitely the Big Buddha who has been sat in his meditative
state for over 1000 years at Todai-ji, and Deer Park where numerous deer
roam freely. Then, we shall start from Osaka with Shinsai-bashi, the
longest shopping street with an abundance of choices, enjoy a fantastic
shopping experience and fabulous choices of food and restaurant. Then we
will take a short but significant journey on world famous Shinkansen
"Bullet Train" from Shin-Osaka station to Kyoto - A must-see on
any visit to Japan. (The ride schedule subject to change without notice.)
Kyoto is the ancient capital, noted for its preservation of ancient
cultural heritages and scenic natural beauty for over a thousand years.
You will start the Kyoto tour exploring Kiyomizu-dera, considered as one
of the Japan's best-loved temple. After that, you will visit Nijo-Castle,
which was built by the Shogun, Tokugawa Ieyasu in 17th century. At the
histric castle, we have an arrangement of photo with Maiko (Geisha)
model.

Day 4 Wed. KYOTO TO
HAKONE

Today you will have a
full day tour of Kyoto, Your tour begins with
Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion). After that, we will have brief stop at
Nishijin Kimono Show to see gorgeous Japanese textile. Then, we will take
bus ride to Shizuoka, and visit the World Tea Museum (Ocha-no-sato), one
of Japan's top three green tea plantations. Marvel at the lushness of the
green tea tapestry. Enjoy the traditional tea ceremony – prepared a green
tea at the museum. This should be one of the most interesting experiences
throughout the tour. And of course, the tour would not be complete
without a long, relaxing soak in the natural onsen (spa) waters that have
rejuvenated the Japanese for hundreds of years.

Day 5 Thu. TO TOKYO VIA
MT. FUJI
At
Hakone, we start the day with a ropeway ride to Owakudani, the sulphurous
erupting area with smoky hot rivers and hot springs. Now, you will visit
Japan's most iconic symbol, the sacred Fuji-san. (Mt. Fuji) After a brief
stop at Fuji Visitor Center, we shall drive up to Mt. Fuji's Fifth
Station (Altitude 2503m) where you will see the panoramic view of
mountains and lakes. Then we take two-hour journey by bus towards Tokyo.

Day 6 Fri. FULL DAY
TOKYO
We
will organize for a full day tour around metropolis as the last visiting
area of the tour. With such a wealth of experiences to be had, choosing
what to see in Tokyo can be a little tricky so your guide will show you
some of the highlights as well as giving you the chance to check out
anywhere else that has particularly caught your eye. You will visit,
Imperial Palace, Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Ginza and Shinjuku. We also have
a river cruse from Asakusa to the Hama Rikyu Imperial Gift Garden. By the
end of the day, we are sure that you will get a genuine feel for Tokyo
life as well as having a real expert on hand to explain the myriad of
sights and sounds around you.

Day 7 Sat. TOKYO-HOMETOWN
This is the last day of
Yokoso Japan Tour. Fly home with cherished memories, or enjoy your
extended stay.
